Really lovely modern apartment with super full length balcony and secure parking. It's only a 15 minute walk to the central market square with a lot of this along the canal. And just about 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop. And there's a great 'Okay' supermarket one minute from the apartment. The host Kubi was super responsive. Easy key code entry and a decent checkout time of 11am.

Ático amplio, luminoso, reformado, moderno, silencioso. Con unas impresionantes vistas a la iglesia de "Sint Jozef". Con plaza de aparcamiento en el interior del patio del propio edificio. Admite mascotas A 1,5 km. andando del centro de Gante. Flexibilidad en el check-in'. Fluidez en la comunicación por WhatsApp con el anfitrión. Es un barrio donde conviven muchas nacionalidades con variedad de tiendas, restaurantes-locales de comida.
No es crítica es confirmación de otras opiniones leídas: es un 3° sin ascensor (pero tampoco hay demasiados escalones). Hay que vigilar cuando se abren las puertas de las terrazas o de la escalera porque suele entrar algún mosquito. Las cortinas no llegan a cubrir las cristaleras de las terrazas (por estrechas). No hay lavavajillas ni lavadora (lo pone en las descripción del apartamento). La cafetera es tipo Nespresso. Faltaría algo más de menaje (platos y cubiertos). Lo que sugiero y creo que es necesario es que se refuerce la iluminación en la zona de la cocina. Falta luz. Por último, la suciedad en las calles no es exclusiva de la zona de Rabot, ocurre en toda la ciudad debido al sistema de recogida/reciclaje de basuras. Consultar con Kubilay como deshacerse de la misma.

Прекрасные, роскошные апартаменты! Очень стильные и красивые. Много места. Много элементов декора. Сервированный стол - вишенка на торте! Кровати удобные. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Огромная терраса и вид на собор - восхитительно! К сожалению, нам не удалось выпить кофе на террасе, из-за дождя.
До центра города 20 минут неспешным прогулочным шагом вдоль канала. Рядом продуктовые магазины и булочная.
Спасибо Kubi! Мы вернёмся.
