Casa Matti - Modern Apartment with Garden View and Terrace

Just like the pictures. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to the centre.

Underground car park, underfloor heating, great shower and bathroom, big telly !

Only one thing. There are 40-50 cycle bays in the underground car park, but only 5-6 bays had bikes in them. Unfortunately there are all owned by different apartments and Casa Matti does not own any. We locked our bikes up on a couple of empty bays but were met with a note the following morning saying these were not our bays to use. We locked our bikes in the car thereafter, but given the sheer volume of empty bike racks this did seems slightly mad.

The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk from the station. The apartment is new, clean, and cozy. The beds are very comfortable, and everything was fresh and smelled wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s an ideal location if you want to visit nearby cities—we went to Bruges, Brussels, and Antwerp, but Ghent stole our hearts. 😊

Everything was great. If I had to point out one small thing, it would be that there was only one duvet on the bed for two people. 😊

Alles: uitstekend ingericht, comfortabel, ruim en met smaakvolle details. De locatie is prima, de parkeerplaats in de garage is een extra pluspunt.

Als ik iets moet noemen: een 2e toilet zou prettig zijn geweest, maar het is geen must en bovendien is er geen goede plaats voor.
