Great location, good facilities, separate sitting room, good streaming tv
The stairs! 3 flights up. Tough with luggage. If you struggle, make sure you arrange help with Vladimir, who was very kind.

The room was pretty, clean, and remarkably quiet. It is a perfect room for anyone who is spending most of thier time exploring. The location was perfect for walking basically anywhere in Split, you are minutes from the Riva, step out your door and you have 12 resturants within arms reach, shopping is all around you.
Around 1am it could get loud.
