Royal Park Station exit just right at the front of hotel’s main entrance even just need to walk a short underground tunnel. Very convenient 👍
I like the environment, soft music 24/7 and soft lighting decoration around the hotel and inside and outside, it must be their signature.
Nice restaurant and bar area and separate waiting area with sofa .. at the main entrance , so welcoming ..
Lots of car parking space @ £18 each day .
Comfortable bed and spacious room with 3 remote control of all the facilities & lighting in the room, so thoughtful .
Introduced the sustainable program to us at check in, we joined, but it was a bit confused. We stayed 7 nights and got only 1 day room cleaning, I requested the second time on the 7th night before I check out on 21/3. Although I received 3x£10 food vouchers given out separately free every 2 nights stay as a recommendation during this period of stay, however I actually needed to ask for it, and it was so inconvenient and embarrassed when the staff counting counting the number of stays before issuing the voucher .. and sent me away when someone didn’t understand the system., frustration !!
The bathroom is open plan design, shower is spacious but as the design is one sliding door to share between shower and toilet , lots of gap around during shower, waters split outside the shower and we needed to use extra towels to dry the floor everyday. .. frustration too
