Room size, provision of water bottles, location, availability of parking
Not very warm, got cold in the night. Breakfast underwhelming. The barrage of emails before our stay with big blocks of capital letters was rather offputting and failed to mention if was remote check in. Not that that’s necessarily a problem, but the entrance area is not very well lit so inputting the combination into the key safe and extracting the key was quite fiddly!
