The softness of the bed

Location was ideal.. easy to walk to everything nearby, kitchen was fully accessible woth everything you needed, nice and warm cosy
Really the only let down was the fact that there is no parking. There are obviously car parks nearby, but for an overnight/weekend stay that works out to be very expensive. Would be better if they could offer a temporary permit.

Location was good
The room had uneven ceiling as we were in the top room couldn’t stand up in 50% of the room - the key was difficult in the lock took us ages to get in and out of our room - my husband got stuck out of the room in the night - the lock was a bit dodgy! All the glasses in the kitchen were dirty and needed a good clean there was tea and coffee in the kitchen but it was past its best and the milk in the pods was lumpy - it was ok
