Super logement qui permet de découvrir le château et la ville à pieds, de sortir en vélo par la rue ou encore d'explorer la large forêt dans le jardin du château.
C’est une maison décoré avec goût on se sent vraiment dans l'esprit du château. Nous avons également profité de la proximité avec le zoo de Blois. Et avons même poussé un peu plus loin pour visiter la ville de Blois, qui est vraiment à découvrir. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Étant malheureusement un peu accro à la technologie, les premiers jours, le manque de connexion (base WIFI faible) nous a déstabilisé. Mais cela nous a aussi permis de faire d’autres choses.

Large upstairs bedrooms especially the large double room. Nice location on the edge of the park and just above the town, two minutes walk from the town square. The beds are comfortable
Narrow winding staircase and of the two bathrooms only the downstairs one has a toilet.
The decor of the downstairs rooms needs an upgrade

Beautiful historic property - a gatehouse in the grounds of the chateau. Comfortable beds, good showers, 2 min walk to the bakery or village centre.
Not a problem for us but be aware the toilet is downstairs (with a low beam so watch your head if you are tall). WiFi is good in the front main bedroom or on the outside stairs, otherwise can be slow. If there is bad weather for a week, the house may be feel crowded. Small TV.

Petite maison pleine de charme , confortable et très bien placée pour visiter le coin . Ballade dans le parc très agréable, propriétaires très sympathiques.
Mettre un volet ou un rideau plus occultant serait vraiment un plus pour la fenêtre donnant sur la route .

"The family friendly location in private chateau parkland, but on the edge of Saint Aignan so only 5 mins walk to shops.
