In a good location close to Shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, Camden, near underground. Could walk to Primrose Hill, London Zoo, Kings Cross, Hampton Hill. Felt safe. Cooker worked well, fridge sufficient, microwave worked, great for eating n and out. WiFi good. Bathroom spacious, heating worked well. Kitchen table sufficient for working on laptop etc.
It is a little tired, the front looks a little run down, bins out the front, tiles were lifting on the front path. Entrance hallway could do with a little tlc. Internal doors didn’t close well so had to prop bag against it as I don’t like bedroom doors open behind me. Door to patio area was hard to open and close. Headboard was hanging off a little. Bedding had no top sheet. Just needs a bit tlc but was nice and clean.

The location is excellent, only a short walk to the nearest tube station. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants only a short distance away. I'd recommend the Watch House for excellent coffee. The flat is clean and spacious, with an interesting layout for the bathroom and loo!
The lighting is poor and the location of the sink in the bedroom with no nearby light makes it hard to use.

Location for specific need absolutely fabulous. The studio space was well intentioned. Kitchen area well equipped and well considered. The superficial optics are positive. Plenty of storage. The company rep did made an effort to respond to problems promptly, their tone was somewhat abrupt but basically did respond appropriately. Internet access was excellent. Optics of space are pleasant. Price point is competitive.
Unfortunately there is reportedly an area wide problem with sewage infrastructure. On my first night there was an acrid smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom door did not stay closed, plus there was a gap under the door so the smell penetrated the studio/living space. It was very unpleasant. I used shower mat to block the gap to make it bearable The bathroom was not great overal - lack of attention to detail. Dirty toilet brush, limescale covered showerhead, a general feeling of lack of care.l. To the point I did not use it all except to use the loo. Not ideal for a 3 night stay.
The landlord agent did respond and put a lock on the bathroom door. Unfortunately it was put on the inside of the door, so the door continued to pop open into the room. They also did something which mitigated the smell considerably for the rest of my stay.
The carpet was threadbare and tatty at the entrance to the studio plus there is a big gap under the door to the studio, so it is very loud when people come and go. The curtains seemed cosmetic as it was near impossible to close them, which was unfortunate as without closing them there is a significant draught from the window, the bed is positioned immediately in front of the window. My studio was on the ground floor so my options for natural light were practically none existent as the net curtains offered no privacy at all and the blackout blinds inevitably offer no natural light. I think a little thought and care is missing although as previously said the superficial optics are positive enough for the price.
I booked on my phone, I thought I was booking a different space, but appreciate it might have been my lack of skill using booking app and restricted view on my phone.
