La posizione
Struttura un po abbandonata a se stessa e basata sull’ottima posizione. Mancanza di wifi anche se dichiarato, arredo allo stato molto scarso e in una stato prossimo all’insufficienza

Appartamento sulla punta di un promontorio che offre una vista mozzafiato, silenzio e pace, rumore del mare e vociferino, di giorno di bagnanti e vacanzieri ma mai eccessivo. Anche se in semplice muratura, la casa è immersa in terreno privato, condiviso con un altro appartamento ma ogni uno con la propria privacy e zona esterna. Circondati da macchia mediterranea, alberi di fico e piccoli filari di uva. Fichi d india, pini marini e la splendida vista della spiaggia di Fontania e Serapo, però troppo affollata in agosto ma a soli pochi minuti si trova il lido di ariana, splendida insenatura circondata da monti, vegetazione e mare pulitissimo. Piacevole scoperta Gaeta. La casa pulita, comoda e fornita di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.
Solo per informazione, per arrivare all appartamento si deve scendere una strada un poco ripida e un poco dura a salire ma fattibile. Dotarsi di scarpe comode, ne vale la pena 😉

The pictured (secondary) terrace which is kind of detached from the house is the best thing about the house. Very nice view. Location is very close to a small beach and 5 minute drive to the main beach. We were offered a parking pass for the city which was very convenient.
You have to park on the main street and walk to the house through a very steep and broken street. And then you walk through a garden that is shared by 2 other houses that are relatives of the landlord. The main terrace that has a table and seating in front of the house, and the house itself offers absolutely no privacy. You are not within hearing distance you are within touching distance of neighbors. At this price range the house should be upgraded a bit and have some amenities at welcome, like a bottle of water or some snacks or coffee but it was absolutely bare. There was only toilet paper, basic soap and nothing else.
