Softer lighting in the living room would be nice, more relaxing than the current bright white lights. Everyone has different aesthetic tastes, but a simple bulb switch would have improved the vibe greatly for my friends and I!

Awesome place! 2 minutes walk to the beach. 4 minute walk from the grocery store and cafe. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, and a very useful outdoor shower for after the beach.
The one air conditioner in the hallway and 'swamp cooler' in the master bedroom don't provide much relief from Gaeta's humid nights.

La villa è su due piani, con un ampio patio all'esterno e un giardino all'ingresso. La posizione è eccellente, praticamente sulla spiaggia, e con tutti i servizi vicino. Ci sono due bagni, entrambi al piano superiore nella zona notte, che ha tre camere da letto. L'host ci ha assistito con grande attenzione ed è stato prezioso risolvendo, anche se da lontano, un problema con la caldaia che stava compromettendo la nostra permanenza. Nonostante l'imprevisto, abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza
Il parcheggio è disponibile ma è a pagamento, come indicato su Booking, e come in tutta Gaeta d'altra parte.
