Great location for walking to Opua (we were visiting for an event at the Opua Cruising Club).
The messenging was friendly and welcoming,
and our room was clean and comfortable. Really nice having the kitchenette with tea and coffee.

Good view across the street
Too many flys and insects at night time when there is no aircon and no fly screen in a hot summer, we could not shut the window or sliding door totally but then insects, mosquitos and flys come through. I have to wake up at midnight to fight to mosquitos.
