My partner and I enjoyed this quiet and romantic spot. The views were spectacular and could be seen right from your room! The shower was great. The hosts warm and welcoming. The private hot tub though is really what puts this place over the top. Highly recommend!

Pete and his wife are gracious hosts and an interesting couple; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay (particularly the priceless view of the Bay of Islands from the hot tub!) and simply cannot recommend Tarlton’s Lodge highly enough. Book it if you can.
