Location was excellent. Close to all amenities and historical sights. Excellent restaurants and bars close by.
Room was comfortable and our host, Luigi, was very nice.
Our visit to Paestum and the Grden of Minerva were highlights.
Disappointed that the Booking.com map reference referred to Via Nizza when it was actually Corso Vittorio Emmanuele.
Therefore we had quite some trouble finding Via Nizza which didn't exist. Thanks to Luigi for sorting this out.

Comfortable beds, close to everything, having an elevator is great.
WiFi is not great - kept kicking us out saying it's full. There are small LED Lights everywhere which cannot be turned off at night (on each light switch, around the steps...) preventing the room from becoming completely dark.

The location is very convenient, room and bathroom is spacious, and the host is very friendly.
This property is lack of maintenance. The hot water knob of the shower is fallen off but still usable. There are many stains and rust in the bathroom. The blanket stinks. It would be nice if the owner take some effort to maintain this property.
