Das Zimmer war neu, schön, sehr sauber und sehr modern. Die Kommunikation samt Erfassung der erforderlichen Daten und Anleitung zum ein- und auschecken erfolgte ausschließlich digital bzw. per WhatsApp, hat aber gut funktioniert. Ich habe - bis auf einmal eine Putzfrau - nie irgendjemanden dort gesehen, die Zimmernachbarn allerdings sehr gut gehört 😉! Die Lage ist fantastisch, man kann wirklich alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Der Zugang ist nicht so toll - sehr steile Treppen, sehr dunkel am Abend, ziemlich staubig, vielleicht wegen der (angeblich) stattfindenden Bauarbeiten, ich habe allerdings während der 5 Tage dort nie jemanden arbeiten gesehen.
Man musste das Wasser in der Dusche extrem lange rinnen lassen bis es warm wurde, das ist eine unglaubliche Wasserverschwendung und hat mich sehr gestört.

Ottimo appartamento, a due passi dal lungomare. Struttura pulita e camere esattamente come nelle foto. Andati fuori stagione e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
L’ingresso della struttura è un po’ diroccato e inquietante. Seguire bene le istruzioni

Lage perfekt. Betten/ Matratzen perfekt
ein Wasserkocher wäre schön im Aufenthaltsraum, die Schlüsselkarte braucht man um das untere Tor aufzumachen, den Code kann man dort von oben nur schwer eingeben

Letto molto comodo, stanza pulita, silenziosa anche se in posizione centrale
