Everything, the pool, the rustic and nicely refurbished building, the kitchen, the sourroundings and garden, it's a dream. Would live there forever if possible
The nightstands look nice but are really small and thus kinda useless

very calm and picturesque place lovely river at the back
a bit of a smell in the property of dump and you need a car its mills away from the centre even the train station you will have to walk for 20 min. we did drive to the station you can leave the car for free there.

We went there with our family of four, 2 adultes and 2 children, small ages , the surrounding was pleasant and the place was clean .
We have had an awful night, as the house was an old Manson and in October was cold outside and the host said he cannot turn up the heat because he risks a fine as it is not allowed to turn on heat before 1st of November, however he was allowed to rent in those conditions .
It was absolutely terrible, we have trembled the entire night and this episode was one that I hope to never repeat in my life .
In the following nights, after we have complained about the cold, the host decided to turn up the heat( outside it was 7 degrees ) so the stay became more pleasant which should have been anywhere else without having to spend a night in a blistering cold.
On the other side, I thought Simone was a good host for understanding that satisfying the needs of the client makes the business going .
