Location was excellent for the village of Holt and nearby attractions. The hot tub was a nice bonus too. The private car parking across the road was also very handy as the village was quite busy.
Because of the narrow, winding staircase this is not suitable for the elderly, especially with the toilet downstairs.Also the plug in the sink did not work properly.

Horrendous smell of wet dog on sofa and rug (had to buy candles, air freshener and rug/carpet neutraliser)
Very steep and narrow winding staircase

Close to a busy road, so twin room is noisy
