Central location, very quaint and quirky, quiet, comfortably hosted 6 adults.
Very smelly bathrooms, drainage problem. Couple of glasses with cracks in them, dishwasher did not wash plates etc and we were pre warned about the steepness of the stairs but definitely needed to be careful with head hitting in way up.

The house was gorgeous and the location was nice, although the smell from the cafe was dreadful on Sunday morning.
The bathroom was dirty, dusty and unclean. Also the living room floor was covered in dog hair.

Location of property was within the centre of Holt which was excellent.
You have to access the property via the back, this is in an alley where there are bins which isn't great as they smelt. Also the steps inside the property were extremely steep (think of a ladder) - this property is not suitable for the elderly or anyone that has young children as they would struggle on the stairs. Also all the mattresses need replacing as they are of poor quality - the sofa bed mattress is not fit for purpose!
