Loved the location, very clean amazing house. Beautifully presented.
Leena was extremely helpful during the stay but rude cleaner and miscommunication from Leena.
We were running 10 mins late, packing the last of our things in the car as he could see and he was really rude to us in front of our young children, he said another load of guests pushing their luck as always and told us to hurry up, shouting aggressively. To the point he scared the children. Leena has not apologised for his behaviour which is disappointing. Leena advised it would be fine to leave our cars there as the cleaner was not arriving until Monday so we could attend the market which she has since stated she did not say. Three other members of the family were there when she said this. I book regularly on this site and never come across such behaviour. I never leave negative reviews and have emailed directly at least get an apology from Leena but extremely disappointed with the response and not acknowledging her mis communication. Therefore house gets a thumbs up but staff not for me, unfortunately we will not return to this house.

A really lovely house in a great location. Literally everything that Holt has to offer is on your doorstep. It's extremely well appointed ,well decorated and with top notch facilities throughout . It's clearly had a lot of money spent on it and the owners have invested in quality throughout .Two parking spaces in the centre of Holt is a real bonus although as others have mentioned they are a bit tight. Of the 3 bathrooms , 1 is an ensuite shower room and the second is a separate shower room and the 3rd one on the first floor offers a bathtub with a shower and there is also an additional (4th) toilet on the ground floor .
The house has 4 floors and there are 2 large screen TV's including one in the downstairs lounge and one in the ground floor lounge. Wi-fi was really good .
Again as other have mentioned some stairs are a little steep and probably wouldn't suit someone with limited mobility
