The host was welcoming and friendly and has clearly made an effort to prepare the room whilst offering a living room to use, as well as the tea/coffee making facilities both in that room and in the entrance hall
No air-conditioning but the windows were huge and when opened let in a pleasant breeze. Due to late winter/early Spring and rain, I did not require air-conditioning.

I would like to thank the host, Agnes for a flexibility with checking in. As per our stay, we came to Lyon to enjoy food and this was a perfect location to be based in. It was easy to find and convenient for us because we used sustainable trains and public transport. We enjoyed an evening walk along the river. The next day, it was easy for us to visit places we wanted before we had to leave Lyon. As per room, it was just perfect for us. We wanted space and comfort. In addition, extra little details made our stay enjoyable (for example, basic selection of cold and hot drinks that we both liked, decor)

The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and, the few times we took the metro, the metro stop was close by. The apartment is eclectic and charming and our room was very comfortable. We relaxed in the shared living room a few times and it was a great space to unwind. The high ceilings were quite amazing. Our host was there to answer questions and guide us toward restaurants. Little touches like great tea made it special.

Excellent location
1. No kettle in our room but outside the shared lounge which meant someone getting dressed for that tea in bed.
2. No soap provided in shower or hand basin.
