The location was excellent - on the edge of the old town, which made visiting numerous sights and historical places easy.
The breakfast was superb. Having such a good gluten free bread was an unexpected bonus. Please congratulate the baker on their expertise. It's not easy to make a robust and tasty gluten free loaf.
Overall I enjoyed my stay, but one comment regarding the public spaces around the entrance and when going to the rooms. The floors and walls all needed a robust deep clean. When entering the lobby, there is a smell of old dust and dirt, which is offputting. I suspect from the floors as they look to need restoring.

Excellent location, easy to find with friendly helpful staff and a lovely roof terrace and bar.

Hotel parking wasn’t available. Alternative was easily available and close by but expensive at €25 per day.
Poor shower with broken head and blocked drain. Reported first thing but not sorted. However the staff were excellent and found an alternative room.
Rooms disappointingly basic for the money and apparent “4 star” rating on the sign.
