It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, great mood lighting and soundproofing. Really kind, attentive and helpful staff. I especially appreciated that the windows fully blocked out daylight, making it easier to sleep late when I wanted to.
It was unavoidable that the Italian shower didn't spray the floor all around. The room service menu wasn't that inspiring. The cleaning staff were not so friendly.
