We loved that this apartment gave us a seaside location with a great balcony view at a highly reasonable price. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped; we had free parking directly in front of the house; and (had weather and time allowed) we could have enjoyed sitting directly on the private waterfront across the road from the apartment. Given the chilly nighttime temperatures, the hosts kindly heated the apartment before our arrival -- much appreciated! The location offers peace and quiet yet is a short drive from both Kotor and Tivat, with the ferry at Lepetane is just five minutes away.

Very well located in a quieter area of the bay, free parking is very convenient as it's not easy in this area.
The apartment itself is okay but feels a bit dated, for quite a steep price. It looked like there have been some moisture issues in the bathroom and the light switches looked sketchy. When we arrived the second evening, there was apparently no water in the whole area. This can of course happen, but it would have been nice to get a warning from the host that this happens often and when we tried calling him he was really annoyed and not friendly at all. We didn't meet anyone during check-in, but this was definitely not a nice experience.
