Beautiful clean accommodation, very comfortable bed (and bedding items). Lovely large room and bathroom and plenty of provisions ie tea, coffee, biscuits, water. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
Conveniently situated and easy to find.
We made good use of the excellent bus service which runs regularly along the coast.
There was nothing we didn’t like!

Lovely big room & showroom, breakfast room was bright clean and breakfast was 10/10
The other guests, the property is old and therefore floorboards creak, the people above us were so bloody noisy all night ( they were ill) which we discovered at breakfast as they loudly told there friends. They then proceeded to cough and splutter through breakfast (while not wearing shoes) I appreciate they didn’t chose to be unwell but a little thought for others might have been nice.
This is no reflection on the owners of the fabulous B&B who are lovely.

Was not expecting portions to be waiting on table in plastic pots. i.e. cereals, fruit. Pleasant room
Portions. No sign of chef, Dean. The mattress was too uncomfortable, soft, pillows very uncomfortable. Bed , although made up after our first night, it would have been nicer if sheet was smoothed out and not left as if we had just got up. No hairdryer in room.
