Spacious for three people! The welcome pack was a lovely touch.
Lovely soft towels. Home comforts , eg hand soap , kitchen roll , radio and games and books. Lovely bedding. Very quiet location. Just out of town , 20 minutes walk to town and sea .
The saucepans ( the middle size one needs a screwdriver as handle was bit loose)
No spatula for lifting food off trays when cooking.
The oven needs a proper clean.
Lack of hangers in main bedroom. Another tv would be handy if more people were staying , (above table in dining room).

The house had plenty of space, with a good little garden. in a lovely part of Sheringham. On arrival there was a little hamper with some goodies, including some local honey which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was stocked with useful items for our use which was great.
The house is functional with some of the furniture needing a bit of maintenance. Also more crockery and glasses for a house of 7 would be useful.
