The flat itself was amazing,very beautiful decor, well equipped and the beds were so comfortable
The entrance area to the flats was very dirty and scruffy . With a very very strong smell of
cannabis, we wondered on first impressions what the actual flat would be like but it was lovely.
Huge issue for us was the security ,the entrance door to the flats was wedged open most of the time,and the front door to the flat itself was a flimsy internal door, with no catch so had to be locked at all times otherwise it would swing open. We had to put a heavy chair against the flat entrance door at night to make us feel a little safer. Really need to change to flat door to something more secure .
Unfortunately the neighbours above us woke us up several times a night with crying and screaming children, I know it can't be helped but it sounded if they were in our flat. Some better sound proofing would certainly help.

Loved the space really nice victorian house on a leafy road. Everything you needed for your stay and very nice towels
First night sleeping in the main bedroom could not sleep at all constant banging from loose fitting windows so had to move to smaller bed next door to get some sleep.The porch was full of leaves because door does not lock and hallway and stairs very grubby

Liked how modern the furniture was and bed was very comfy
Key code was wrong. Had to ring host. Main front door was never locked, remained wide open a lot of the time. Wifi code was wrong. Host had to direct us to router. Brief guide pack was out of date. TV was a smart TV, needed us to login to our own netflix account etc accounts, no normal TV guide channels. Broken glass in some windows with tape on. One bin in whole house, not hygenic for female sanitry products, had to put them in kitchen bin. One small mirror, needs a full length one. Only 6 hangers for 3 bedrooms. Family with young child was above us. Child woke up 3/4 times a night and was noisy during day. Parents were heavy footed on floorboards. Dining table is opposite end to kitchen, so a long walk to transfer meals. Shower pressure was very high, so ends up flooding bathroom if not quick to hold shower head. Entrance to property is old, messy, dirty, cobwebs. None of the clocks work, as all battery, so never replaced.
