Lovely comfortable place to stay, very clean and well looked after. Rooms was very spacious. Staff really friendly and helpful when we had any questions or needed additional things
The only two bad things I have to comment on was..the evening meal, my partner was missing items off his meal and when he confronted staff he was told the items wasn’t available but could add additional but this was only told when the meal was served and brought out not when we ordered & my daughter had an item missing. Secondly there was no bath mat in the bath and unfortunately a slip and a bump did happen.

Bed was ok
They run this place on a skeleton staff, it took a long time to find someone in the morning to get me an invoice. I feel for the staff , no wonder they are stressed. The rooms are cold as the heating is centrally controlled and even after asking it was not turned on. Food is ok. Better to stay somewhere else if you can
