Location is excellent, short walk to beach pier orme tram shops. Quirkily furnished which tastefully done. Clean and nice comfy bed. Did room only as eating out late the night before. Parking is a problem with a lot of the small hotels guest houses in Llandudno but managed on street parking about 100m away.

The place is located a few minutes from the main beach and food places and bars. Very clean room and bathroom. Nicely decorated and felt like home. The breakfast was really tasty, and bacon made to perfection. The owners are really lovely and on site if you need anything. Each evening, we were able to pre-order the breakfast, which is a really good option. There is plenty of free parking spots around the property. We would go back again.
The mattress was too soft for us, but that's a personal preference as we like medium/hard.
