It was big although my room was quite small but adequate. The kitchen and communal space is big ans has all the equipment you needed. The books ans games in the communal area was a nice touch to keep people occupied.
My room was facing the main road and I coops but sleep because of the noise from the cars driving pass. The location is less than 10mins to Betws Y coed which was good.

Excellent. I've stayed a few times and will stay again. Brilliant for families and everyone.
Location is ok to be fair but no shop within walking distance, but most of Wales is like this until you're in a town. For me it's not an issue, but some may not like this

We were greeted by Brian and he provided us with all the information we required. He offered secure parking for our bikes at the front of the premises. One of my customers stated it was the most comfortable bed he's slept in. My room was perfect apart from my friend who snores like a hippo.
A few pamphlets with local restaurants with their menus, maybe some suggestions for food delivery outlets (pizza, kebab, burgers etc) and a local taxi firm. Breakfast suggestions, we found a RRALLY good place at a zip line/mountain bike park locally.
