Great location, very close to train station and walkable to old town and new town.
Spacious rooms with great choice for breakfast.
Staff was friendly providing recommendations and giving us mozartkugels to taste.

The hotel is worth the money. If you consider it as a bed and breakfast, it's not bad. But the rating is clearly overrated. However, you have to take into account that it's not an expensive option. We were there during the holidays, and the price was high during that period.
The breakfast wasn’t well. The fruit didn't look fresh. On the first day, no one offered to make scrambled eggs. The cleaning wasn't great. The room wasn't completely clean.
On the first day, when we returned from outside, we found an open window, which made the room very cold. The room never warmed up, and we froze during the night.

Friendly staff, great breakfasts, nice big rooms in a peaceful location. Was great to be able to use the buses for free
The coffee sachets in our room weren’t replaced, which I’d expected. But then again we didn’t ask!

location. walkable to new and old town, but off the beaten path.
breakfast was delicious
the non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the staff did not offer any solution. the bottoms floor rooms are close to the main entrance and you could hear people being buzzed in and walking by late at night.
