Location is great, metro and bus stations are 3 minutes walk from the hotel, and it is safe.
Breakfast is good for the price, there are multiple options, not too much but enough.
Staff is friendly and professional.
Rooms are small but that is standard for Paris i think, but they are clean and comfortable, bathroom is spacious.
Everything is easely accesible by wheelchair.

The location is great. Right ne the metro and easy to get around Paris from there. There a few restaurants, bakery's & shops close by.
The rooms are clean & comfortable. Nice & cosy. It's also quiet.
The staff are friendly & helpful.
I didn't "dislike" anything, really.
The rooms are a little tired with some plastering & decorating needed in parts. However, the hotel seemed to be working on this as there was work ongoing.
There was no kettle in the room... which for a person who likes tea (and takes his own tea bags lol) was a slight inconvenience, but nothing more than that.
We will definitely stay again on our return to Paris.

To be fair, the hotel did try to improve the situation afterwards: we were moved to a much nicer room on a higher floor, the staff transferred our decorations, and they prepared a small surprise with rose petals on the bed. I do appreciate the effort to make up for the situation.
We chose this Ibis hotel because it’s a well-known chain, and with brands like Ibis you usually expect a consistent and reliable standard. We also came to Paris to celebrate my birthday, so we were hoping for a smooth and pleasant stay.
Unfortunately our experience started with a very stressful situation. We arrived in the morning the day before my birthday and left our luggage at the hotel. When we came back around 9 pm after a very long day, we were given a room that was already occupied by other guests. Opening the door and seeing someone else’s belongings inside was quite shocking. It was concerning from a safety perspective (It actually made us realize that the same situation could potentially happen the other way around, with someone accidentally entering our room as well)
After that we were given another room which seemed to be some kind of backup or technical room. Unfortunately it was in poor condition: there was visible dirt on the walls, an empty shampoo bottle in the shower, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
The window handle was also missing, which meant the window could not be properly closed. Since the room was on the ground floor, this raised a safety concern for us during the night. At the same time, closing the window made the cigarette smell inside the room extremely strong, which gave me a bad headache.
What was also disappointing was that no immediate gesture or solution was offered that evening (other than telling us we would be moved to another room the next day). My husband had to specifically ask at reception if anything could be done, and only then breakfast was offered.
Because of the situation we also had to pack all our things again the next morning – which happened to be my birthday – and store our luggage before being moved to another room.
