Location, spacious, very clean . Loved the coffee machine always accessible . Friendly staff . Loved the Beatles theme
Air conditioning not very good and windows don’t open to outside so bit stuffy at times

Roland the night staff was so nice. Such a pleasant person and enjoyed our chat. All staff were.poliye and accommodating
Only thing we could fault is the room didnt have a fridge, it was the hottest day of the year and could of done with somewhere to keep our drinks cool

Location was very good. Within a walking distance of train station and docks. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment. We liked the themed decor, very appropriate for Liverpool :)
The air conditioning wasn't working properly so the room was very hot. Everytime someone opened a tap there was this terrible drilling noise. The room was small for two people.
