    The room itself is amazing, very spacious with good hanger space. However, it is situated in an area with quite a bit of nightlife which could be concerning to light sleepers. Additionally, it is about a 6 minute walk to the train station, and 10 minute walk to Liverpool One shopping mall which is pretty good.

    Great location and value for money. We stayed on bank Holiday son and it was on ***. Receptionist was rude at check in. Asked how he could help then said you will have to wait a minute Im busy? But didnt ruin the stay.

    Excellent all round Location and value for money were fantastic. The only downside was a £50 refundable charge to the room. I still can’t understand why I was charged this and will only get it back in 3 to 10 days. This is unacceptable

    Very loud room due to nightlife. Would have expected soundproofed windows or similar. Ripped towels of poor quality Bedding was inside out. Breakfast in the restaurant was great
