The hotel is nearby the shopping area in Louise, and the tube station. The rooms are simple but clean. Breakfast is reach and soft drinks are available 24h. Staff available to answer questions.

The word "Central" in the hotel title led me to believe this hotel was "Central". It was a 10 minute taxi ride to where in my opinion the city centre is (train station & main tourist attractions). Uber/Bolt was £7 - £10. This did not spoil my weekend break.

• It was close to public transport stops.
• Comfortable, spacious room - clean and nice.
• Good bathroom.
• On my first day, Maciej was very helpful with check-in.
• A major issue - sound isolation in the room is nonexistent.

We liked it one room was perfect with tv working and everything in it
Second room the door was broken , tv wasn’t working the WiFi was not working in that room (while it was the hotel WiFi… strange)
