Good value hotel. Close to train station for intercity trains. Nice bar. Gym was good. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Room a decent size.

Comfortable bads

I recently stayed at this hotel due to its convenient location near my meeting venue, which was a definite plus. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved: I was traveling with a large suitcase due to an extended trip, and unfortunately, the entrance had 3–4 stairs without any ramp or assistance, which made it difficult to carry my luggage. During check-in, the hotel staff seemed tired and unengaged, which made the experience less welcoming. On the other hand, the check-out team was much more helpful and professional. The room itself was clean and comfortable, meeting the quality I expect from the Hilton brand. However, the lobby area felt uninviting, and I didn’t feel comfortable dining alone in the lobby restaurant. Lastly, I found the hotel to be quite expensive, especially when compared to similar accommodations in other cities. Brussels, in general, seemed pricey from a hotel perspective. Overall, while the room met expectations, there are areas—especially service and accessibility—that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
