Super convenient located off I79 and 5 mins from Erie Airport. This cozy warm brick house has all the amenities you could imagine, just like your own home. We are within a 5 min or less drive to many parks, attractions, shopping and dining. Lovely neighborhood to stroll around and large fenced in backyard to sit and enjoy. Very child friendly as it has pack and play, high chair and plenty of fenced in area for kids to play safely. This home has internet, smart TVs in living area and kids room for Netflix or basic cable TV. Also has all the kitchen gadgets to cook homemade meals such as gas oven, Kitchen Aid toaster oven, blender, airfryer, microwave, coffee pot and much more! We are less than 5 mins from boating, fishing, Presque Isle beach/parks, Waldameer/WaterWorld, playgrounds, 15 mins from North East Wine country, minutes from Millcreek Mall and many many others. Close to colleges such as LECOM, Gannon, and Penn State Behrend and hospitals such as Shriners Childrens, UPMC Hamot, and St. Vincents. 5-8 mins from ERI

It’s beautiful upstairs has two bedrooms one with bunkbeds for the kids and the other has a queen size for an adult. Kitchen is set up a little weird but overall for the age of the home and age of the kitchen I gave it awith bunkbeds for the kids and the other has a queen size for an adult. Property was better than expected. The home was very comfortable with plenty of space. We spent a lot of time in the backyard and walking the lovely neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. It was a little warm while we were there but the home stayed cool. We highly recommend this property.
