The on site car park is small but perfectly formed. The staff were exceptional in every way. Communication was faultless. The bathroom was spotless, large, and had great amenities. The bed? I slept straight through for 10 hours. I'd like to move in. Thank you so much for an exceptional stay.

Lovely accommodation and friendly welcoming staff, especially when we were trying to find best spot in the carpark to park our van, everywhere was exceptionally clean.
Was surprised we had to pay extra for the cooked breakfast, but it was very nice.

On the positive side, the location is excellent. Hoole village is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. It’s also a pleasant and easy walk along the canal into Chester city centre, taking around 20 minutes, which was a definite highlight of the stay. The ample car parking at the front of the property was a bonus.
Our stay at Stone Villas Chester was generally fine, but there were a few issues that affected the experience. On arrival, the bathroom bin had not been emptied from the previous guests, and the bathroom water glasses were filthy and unusable. Additionally, the bed was not made after the first night of our two-night stay.
Breakfast, while very tasty when it arrived, consistently took around 30–45 minutes each morning after ordering, which was longer than expected.
