Clean modern rooms. Good value. Windows can be opened for fresh air. Very warm in the room. All the team are very friendly.

Location was excellent. Staff on front desk very helpful and informative
The ventilation was not very good as unable to open a window so room was very stuffy. I think staying in the summer months may be too hot

Excellent location, helpful staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Unfortunately the shower wouldn’t work and the phone in the room was also broken — major disappointment for a property with such high ratings.
Broken shower added to broken phone so front desk couldn’t be contacted.
