The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. Although the hotel is not close to the historical center, it provides a shuttle service that makes access to the old city convenient.
The food provided at the hotel restaurant was expensive and not good—overpriced for the quality. The beds were hard and not comfortable. Use of the swimming pool requires a cap and bathrobe, which are not included and must be paid for separately.

Beautiful hotel, room and very close to the center and local points of interest. We enjoyed also a nice Spa! Amazing views from balcony!
Would be nice to have an option to have launch and early dinner options ( around 5 pm starting). It would just accommodates tourists more. Thanks.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They advised us regarding transfers etc. the location was good for walking into town.
Breakfast was disorganised and not a wide selection. They were clearly understaffed at all times. Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after the restaurant had closed and they couldn’t offer us so much as a piece of bread for supper. Spa wasn’t open until after 6pm and no additional towels provided for the pool.
