The view and location is superb, very easy to reach in our hire car. Breakfast quite expensive at 20 euro but it was worth it. Excellent bathroom. Lovely bar balcony. Food lovely

The location was excellent, with the convenience of being able to park directly at the hotel. The staff were fantastic—Roland in particular stood out, always welcoming us with a smile and making the stay feel truly personal. Breakfast was delicious and made even more enjoyable by the stunning views overlooking beautiful Assisi.
The rooms could use some updating, as the décor feels quite dated. The mattresses were very thin and not particularly comfortable. The hairdryers are old and in need of replacement, and the shower head was broken during our stay.
