Julian from the hotel sent us detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel by car but we got lost as we had relied on Google! There’s no parking in the hotel, but as we arrived after the ZTL hours, we could park in front of the hotel and move the car to a car park only before 10am the next day. Julian was very friendly and helpful. As a tea lover, I enjoyed the good selection of tea! The view from the room is beautiful and the location is good, close to the Basilica and main square.

Location in frorn The a good but traffic like a zoo you not even can move when you checking in is no way you taxi in front the hotel you have to walk a 200 feet to check in hotel carry your own language and this hotel is very old, smell is moodle and flood pop out because the wood from water leak and bathrooms smell, everything is need update hallway so dark not bright elevator take 5 minutes to your flood , only allow two people in the Elevator room is terrible, I book fontan view they say no you are only regular room and you pay for hotel the tax only cash no c
c card that's impossible rip off ,it is waste a time with the money stuff not very friendly it's incredible , because it's so good location so they don't care and very very terrible , in the night 2:00 you can hear outside screaming laughing drunk people it can't sleep at all book this hotel go something else
