Staff were lovely, no toiletaries was advised delivery due soon. My brother was advised same three weeks ago. Can get bit loud with toilets flushing and pipe work sound Otherwise lovely hotel and great location will be booking again

Base room needs renovation big time carpet dirty,walls dirty,cold tap did not turn off very hard ,same with shower
,no remote for TV to far from bed can not see
