Lovely location just outside Walsall,very nice staff but no WiFi to rooms for business travellers and sometimes limited mobile signal.Last stay very disappointed with breakfast as sausages virtually raw ,this was pointed out to a staff member who replied sorry our main chef is off today. No refund or offer to correct it

Enjoy my stays here but only stay one night out of a 3 day trip most weeks due to terrible mobile connection and non existent internet in cabins so difficult for business stays

lovely quite just outside of town location but only downfall is a non existent internet in room and struggled for any 4G signal so could not stay longer for business as unable to do any work from room

The price and location are great. The room is like a basic hotel room, a little tired but comfortable. There is plenty of free parking. The view around the well maintained golf course is lovely.
