Location
Inability of front desk staff/employees to assist Hotel guests. Rude and dismissive manner of Front desk staff.
For example: I witnessed an elderly gentleman politely requesting a staff to call a taxi and was ignored initially and then rudely told that they would not call a Taxi for him.

The hotel was modern and well located for the centre and just a short walk from both the cruise terminal and the bus and train station. we had a superior room on 5th floor with a view of the harbour. Breakfast was good.
the only issue was that the room was very hot over 26 c most of the time as the air con is turned off after 1st October.!
Fortunately a large fan was supplied on request which helped a lot albeit a bit noisy from both the fan and the traffic noise outside with the windows open.
