Check was a little "wonky" but it worked out. Great location and the room was awesome. Spotless and huge for Europe. Luggage storage saved the day.

Whilst this hotel is in a great location, the stay was far from ideal. Firstly the hot water was too cool to shower, Luke warm at best. I did ask them to check this but it remained quite cool.
Next at around 10pm on the night we stayed, I could hear voices outside our room and they were talking to someone on the phone. The next thing I knew someone had obviously been given the code for our room and gained access! I had to shout "get out"
This is unacceptable on every level! I emailed them and spoke to them, no apology or acknowledgement of my email and based on this I find it hard to recommend this accommodation.
