Couldn’t fault the cleanness
Men on reception welcomed you with a smile and some women did, but one was quite stern
Parking extra £15 per day should add this to your bill if you stay longer three days should be free

We paid extra for one of the old rooms which was comfortable, roomy and clean, the hotel receptionist was pleasant and there was a nice lounge area to take a bottle of wine in the evening which we took advantage of. The location is perfect for King's Lynn and a good starting point to explore the town and a short walk to the estuary and other bars.
The room had no view and the bathroom was so dark that I couldn't shave for the duration of my stay. The parking is at the back of the hotel with no direct access to the hotel from the back and parking was an extra £15 per day which I was not expecting. The breakfast is not very good with stewed instant coffee and tea from a jug and the only choice of eggs were fried which were pre-cooked, oily and very dry - in fact we skipped breakfast after the first day it was so poor. On the final day the internet was not working which caused issues because my mobile plan was very low.

Location
Floor was slanted like going down hill and then a trip hazard into bathroom as it had a little ledge up to the toilet with the crooked floor. Very thin walls felt like the room above was showering in my room could hear everything also could hear a lot of outside noise talking etc Everytime someone was walking past. Not a good restful stay
