Plenty of room for all the family. Good provision of utensils and pans for self catering. Nice to have off road parking. Nice quiet area. Also close to the river walk so we could walk into Kings Lynn.
The first floor bathroom was a little small and the macerator toilet noisy, . But nice to have bath rooms/shower rooms on all floors.

Off street parking and nice practical garden.
Clean home, everything worked and tastefully decorated.
