Staff were friendly, room was nice and bed was super comfortable. Best nights sleep I have had in a hotel to be honest. The spa and gym facilities were fantastic too.
It would be nice if there was discount for parking.

The hotel room had excellent facilities, and was in a lovely location. Staff in the Champagne bar are a credit to the hotel.
Unfortunately our room had a few small cleanliness issues, these were things that were easily resolved but unfortunately the manager on shift was exceptionally rude about me raising these.
