Pleasant location, nice local walks. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed, gr8 shower
No toilet brush. Had to ask for one. I don't like cleaners having to clean my excrement off the bowl. Flush didn't do the back of the bowl well.
Decor functional and a little spartan, would have liked 'warmer' art on the bedroom walls.

Good location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was clean and welcoming
Pillows were uncomfortable- one was not enough and two were too much. Beds a little too hard for my liking but these are personal preference. Location hard to locate - needs more signage

Nice clean room with comfortable beds.
The earlier you go to breakfast the better for freshness but it was still ok at 8.45.
Hotel is convenient for M5.
Some noise from the kitchen fans.
The bathroom had quite a bit of a drainy smell.
When you arrive in the evening you'll be lucky to get a parking place in the car park but you can usually find room in the lorry parking.
