defo needs a referb. our toilet roll was mostly used, cup next to the sink unclean. just looked like no one had cleaned between customers. the tv didn’t work and there was no remote. the building felt like one big fire hazard (added a photo of wires in the corridor). staff were snappy and blunt.

We were given floor 3 , and for any needs , we have to either give up or go down to request. Hence we had no option but to give up as we were tired after travel.

Okay for a night or two but very old and decent hotel. Quite cold inside and no heating and staff ain’t the best either.
