Great hotel and location with friendly and accommodating staff
First room allocated incorrectly as it had not yet been cleaned. Found a member if housekeeping who sorted it all out in minutes, giving us an upgrade and drinks voucher for the inconvenience.
The hotel is huge with lots of warren like corridors, but you get used to it once you know your way around.

Really nice surroundings, very comfortable, Immaculately clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. Able to check in early as room was ready when we wanted to leave luggage at reception which was really unexpected and a nice touch. Free flavoured fresh water available upon arrival, fresh fruit and biscuits, perfect after a long journey. The Food in the restaurant is incredible, the service was excellent and the whole experience was fantastic.
Ice machine not working but was able to get ice from the bar so not a problem for us.

Very good location, central to tube / bus routes / shops
The room was very tired and small. Ok for single occupancy, far too small for two people. The bathroom walls had water marks which indicated they hadn’t been wiped down in a while.
